Sydney auctions were back on site this week in slightly lighter volume. Sydney real estate auctioneer Clarence White of Menck White Auctioneers sold this home in Darlinghurst under the hammer for Romany Brooks of Bresic Whitney.
The Sydney clearance rate was strong at 70% proving there is still some resilience in the Australian housing market in spite of the recent health crisis and associated economic changes.
