Clarence White
Clarence White is a six-time winner of the Real Estate Institute of NSW Award for Excellence in Auctioneering (2014, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2022, 2024), the 2022 Australasian Auctioneering Champion and one of Australia's leading real estate auctioneers. Clarence spent six years calling auctions across two leading networks before establishing his own independent auction business in 2018. Clarence works with high performing agents in Sydney's key prestige marketplaces in the eastern suburbs, inner west, north shore and northern beaches. In addition to his auctioneering work Clarence has held real estate roles as sales agent, sales manager, operations manager and general manager, giving him a depth of knowledge and experience in real estate that enables him to value add around the auction process by assisting with pre-auction, auction-floor and post-auction conversations, negotiations, strategy and training.

Paul Menck
Paul Menck began his auctioneering career within the Ray White network in 2016, quickly developing into a highly polished, professional and sought after auctioneer. In addition to his auctioneering work, Paul's background in residential sales gives him an in-depth understanding of the needs of his agent clients and hands-on skills in negotiating with buyers and sellers. Paul stepped into the independent auctioneering space joining forces with Clarence in 2020 to form Menck White Auctioneers.

Scott Menck

Scott Menck is a 2025 REINSW Novice Auctioneer state finalist and one of two finalists to represent NSW at the first ever Australasian Novice Championship in 2025. Scott is a lawyer by trade, working in the property and construction field, ensuring he brings a high calibre of knowledge to the often complex legalities of auction day. Scott is an energetic and engaging professional who brings the perfect balance of energy and warmth to every auction.

Paul Crawford
With a background in cattle, wool and horses, Paul spent 15 years as a cattle auctioneer before completing a Bachelor of Business in 2015 and making the transition into real estate auctioneering in 2017. Since then Paul has been working as an independent real estate auctioneer in Sydney. He brings a wealth of skill and experience to the Menck White Auctioneers team.
