Sydney real estate auctioneer Clarence White of Menck White Auctioneers called two property auctions in-rooms in Double Bay on Thursday 11th June, both duplexes in North Bondi and Dover Heights respectively. Both properties were sold under the hammer with multiple bidders in attendance on behalf of Alexander Phillips and Phillips Pantzter Donnelley.
The Sydney housing market continues to show resilience with auction clearance rates hovering in the upper 60s.
