Conditions in the Sydney real estate market have eased somewhat in recent weeks with a flood of new listings hitting the market causing buyers to spread out across the available stock. This in turn has reduced the number of bidders registering to bid for each property. Clearance rates remain strong though still, underlining the core strength and resilience still there in the market. But the large availability of stock has certainly eased the red hot Sydney housing market in favour of buyers.
