Sydney real estate auctioneer Clarence White of Menck White Auctioneers recently sold this unrenovated two bedroom apartment with harbour views at 104/11 Yarranabbe Rd, Darling Point at Sydney Auction Rooms in Double Bay. Selling agent Sean Poche of PPD Real Estate assembled 10 registered bidders to compete on the home. Bidding began at $1.1m quickly climbing as bidders competed hard to secure the property before the hammer came down.

The Sydney auction market has been red hot in recent weeks with large numbers of bidders and buyers underpinning strong competition in the Sydney housing market in 2021.
