Clarence White is a four-time winner of the Real Estate Institute of NSW Award for Excellence in Auctioneering (2014, 2017, 2018, 2020) and one of Australia's leading real estate auctioneers. Clarence spent 4 years calling auctions for McGrath and a further two years for Bresic Whitney before establishing his own independent auction business in 2018. Clarence works with high performing agents in Sydney's key prestige marketplaces in the eastern suburbs, inner west, north shore and northern beaches. In addition to his auctioneering work Clarence has held real estate roles as sales agent, sales manager, operations manager and general manager, giving him a depth of knowledge and experience in real estate that enables him to value add around the auction process by assisting with pre-auction, auction-floor and post-auction conversations, negotiations, strategy and training.
Paul Menck began his auctioneering career within the Ray White network in 2016, quickly developing into a highly polished, professional and sought after auctioneer. Paul's background in residential sales gives him an in-depth understanding of the needs of his agent clients and hands on skills negotiating with buyers. Paul stepped into the independent auctioneering space joining forces with Clarence in 2020 to form Menck White Auctioneers.
Emma Brown-Garrett is a real estate veteran with over 15 years’ experience, primarily in residential sales. Emma worked as a residential sales agent for 11 years in boutique brands such as Bickmore Hutt Realty, Oxford Agency and Di Jones. Emma is a gifted speaker and presenter. Her transition into auctioneering is a natural progression and she represents one of the most exciting new talents in the Sydney auctioneering space.
